Networking

I need to connect two computers peer to peer although they are in seperate locations (approximately 60m away from each other in seperate buildings). Having never done this before, i would appreciate some advice from someone in the know. I can provide some information on the computers themselves:

Location 1 has:
1 Dell Dimension 8200
56k Modem
Dial up anytime internet access already set up and in use
Windows XP Home

Location 2 has:
1 Dell Dimension 2400
BT ISDN modem
ISDN phoneline connection
Windows 2000

Id like to have shared internet access (if this is possible), if not im hoping to still be able to access the ISDN modem from the remote computer.
The computers will be running shared applications and it will also be vital that the internet speed is not affected for the remote computer by the speed of the connection between the two computers.

I assume that i'll need to purchase two network cards, and some cabling that would be suitable to bury underground. Can anyone advise me on this?

Thanks

Here's link for setup help...

You'll need CAT5 cable...
I would go with a Router and would certainly look at a Wireless setup.
