Welcome to PCTechForums JonnyCasino ...
Can you give us a little more information...
What's the Make and Model of the PC?
Do you kno what Model the Motherboard is?
The more info you give us,the better chance we have of helping you.

Welcome to the forum Jonny Casino Image

You can take the adapter card out and look to see if there is any information about it on the card itself. If you find any info on it go to and type it in to see if you get any hits on it.
