pos files always running WINTASKAD.EXE AND MORE

btw i tried to search on this first but couldnt find anything

ok i ran xoftspy or whatever, it did nothing, ran sybot, supposedly deleting some crap, then i ran adaware and it deleted everything except these 4 things

it said it couldnt delete them because they were running or something, but my internet was off

they were

C:\ProgramFiles\WindowsTaskAd\WinTaskAd.exe
C:\ProgramFiles\Toolbar\common.dll
C:\ProgramFiles\Toolbar\PIB.exe
C:\ProgramFiles\Toolbar\toolbar.dll

everytime i open the task manager i try to end WinTaskAd.exe, but it just comes right back instantly. same thing goes for WinSched.exe, and PIB.exe

i have no idea what this toolbar crap is
