Pc speed up

My pc is becoming really slow can i delete anything from this to speed it up

I would also like to learn how to find out what to delete myself any ideas

I'm no good with logs, but if you hit CTRL+ALT+DEL and click on the Processes tab, you can see which program is eating all your cpu usage. Your system idle process should be around 85-99.

Note: you can end the process that is eating up all your cpu to speed up your pc until someone checks your log file.

There is only one thing I would have HJT fix:

To speed things up you can have HJT fix the following and it will boot faster and your programs will still work fine:

After you have run Hijack This and the log file is up look in the lower left corner under where it says Save Logfile and Fix Checked. There is a box that says Info on item selected. If you put a check mark on each item one at at time and click on Info on item it tells you about it. Once done reading, remove the checkmark and move onto the next one. Make sure you dont have 2 or more checkmarks in the boxes at the same time.

Just out of interest here is a site I found with a massive list of BHO's, good and bad. I found it to be interesting reading.
