I must admit this was a problem that was hard to solve. After following the link shown in the error report I found out there are no known reports about this problem on the Microsoft site. Fortunately a friend of mine is a Microsoft MVP Shell User and was able to provide an answer. It turns out this is a page file error. There was a problem with opening a page or pages because access was either blocked, there was some sort of virus activity or my virus checker quarantined a file. It was also suggested a flat file backup system or an antivirus software might be running against the database, the check file directories or the M drive

The first thing done was run chkdsk /f /r from command prompt and determine if there were any problems on disk. The second step was to follow control panel -> system -> advanced tab -> settings button under performance -> advanced tab -> change button under vitual memory

Then click on the the drive that has your OS in the top text list box, select "system managed size", click "set", and OK/OK/OK. Reboot. The last step was to configure the flat file backup and antivirus software to not scan the Windows Information Store subdirectories or the M drive

After doing this the error seems to have disappeared and all is running well again.
