I just do mine individually. for icons like my computer ect In XP right click on your desktop hit properties select the desktop tab hit the customize desktop button highlight the icon you want to change then hit the change icon button hit the browse button and go to the folder where the icons are stored double click on the one you want hit ok hit ok again then hit apply. For shortcuts on your desktop just rightclick on the shortcut hit properties select the sortcut tab click on the change icon button hit the browse button go to the folder where your icons are stored double click the icon you want click ok click apply.
