our "2nd" home

our "2nd" home

Postby Tank » Sun Jan 16, 2005 7:08 am

Well as we all know, so many of us do not even realize, that our computer desk or place, is our 2nd home. We use it in our everyday lives and don't even begin to think about how we would communicate without them.

Everyone post pics of your systems here. i have seen some pretty damn nice setups. I just want to see what everyones work area looks like so I know how to set my new one up.

Seen one guy, he has the life man. He works nights at a Hospital in LA. He is single, has a big fancy house, 2 cars. But most of all, eh built a room inside his house in his basement, where he has 3 WATER COOLED PC's, all with Athlon 4000's or FX-55's, and dual 6800 Ultra's on PCI Express, he upgrades the same day new stuff comes out pretty much. One of them even has THREE 21 inch LCD monitors, for the wrap around effect lol.

Post your work area pics!

It cost me £1..... it's actually quite a dodgy thing but then my old Nobby is dodgy too... it kind of suits him :P

It's sooo useful...kind of like a walking frame or a walking stick... I expect a monitor shelf thingy is kind of like part of your passage into old age. In my defense, I haven't bought one for Baby Nobs... mainly because they don't do the £1 version in black HAHA ..... damn useful though :D
