The good news is its not your cpu, if it was it wouldnt boot at all. I dont think i've ever seen a PC go straight into bios, usually if there's a problem it would give you an error message. What does it say on the screen you get?

it says nothing on the screen it jus goes straight to the bios, and i tried to set everything to defaults and theres still no change... i thought it might of been CPU cuz when i checking everything out i realized i had the comp on w/o the cpu fan for like 2-3 secs, and thats what i thought... but after that it went to safe mode successfully and it kept making me choose which option of windows startup i wanted... i would choose and it would freeze... and now it goes straight to bios... i have no clue whats goin on...

Whenever stuff gets partly fried, weird stuff always happens. Sometimes whatever got partly fried, it's life expectancy drops, other times weird stuff happens like what your saying, but liljim is right, usually your computer won't start at all... I know because I took the cpu out and tried starting one time
