keeping my system cool

hey everyone i'm just wondering how i can keep my system cool the most efficent and quiet way

currently my computer is a full 10-bay tower....using a hd cooling system even though it registers over 90 degrees so thats not good .....right now i have a volcano 9 cpu fan, at max speed it can only cool things down to 91 degrees

i'm thinking about using some components from koolance......although it costs alot

if water cooling keeps things nice n quiet and cool then it may be worth the cost.....right now i'm thinking about using their exos radiator, cpu cooler, dual hd cooler, and maybe the chipset cooler.....sound like a good idea???

With water cooling, you CAN cool all of that stuff. Problems do come in though with pushing water through all of that stuff. The longer the pipes that the pump has to push everything through, the harder you have to push it. (you loose pressure on lengthy runs) If you push the water harder, you have much more of a chance of springing a leak. when cooling all of that stuff, you also need more of a way to loose the heat (such as putting on 2 radiators) Most people also need to change water a lot (once a month) to keep their system effective, and you can't/shouldn't use just tap water. There are a lot of debates on what you should run through your system, I'll let you find that battle elsewhere.

If you've got a lot of money, a completely watercooled system is possible, but for practicality sake, buy a well designed case, a BIG CPU heatsink (such as a zalman) and hook all of your fans to a Rheobus/baybus or other such contraption to control fan speed.
