Go to control panel -->select phone and modem-->click diagnostics--->querry modem.
This should give you some info.

The other thing, since the item was shipped, make sure all of the cards are seated real good, We had enough problems like that that one tech was using a glue gun to make sure that the cards didn't rise out of the slots on shipping.

The only other thing I can think of, is that you have a fax machine and have plugged something in wrong.

Here's wishing you Good Luck on your new Computer Tech career.

I been running Pro Corp for a while with SP2 beta and havent had a single problem yet icecube. A lot of people have problems with SP2 simply because they dont know how it works. There are settings in SP2 that we dont know what we did. When we think something went wrong it is because we changed a setting and dont realize what we did. Ive seen the version of SP2 from the net that is 263mb. The copy I have came from Microsoft and for some reason has 563mb. I wish I had a disk with the 263mb so I could compare.
