What do you mean when you say "the other pc stops getting internet access"?

Does it fail to resolve a name or just hang?

Speaking from my experience with ICS I know I must shut down my PC-Cillin firewall in order for it to work. I see a lot of people dont have a lot of faith in the Windows firewall but I have been running it for a long time and have never had a problem. If you have decent protection on your system there shouldnt be a problem.

If the problem keeps coming up try going to Start> Run and type cmd then click OK. When command prompt comes up type ipconfig /release once its released type ipconfig /renew and see if that helps. Note the space between ipconfig and the /

I should mention, try this on the Client pc not the Host pc

By "the other pc stops getting internet access" i mean when you load internet explorer and choose a website to visit the PC sits and says its opening the site and then comes up with an error that it cant connect to the site. HOWEVER if i close down ZA then it works just fine. I have had it configured to work but then WITHOUT any apparent changes it just stoped.

I think the problem with the second PC is that you need to set it's IP as trusted in ZA.

Do you know how to do this?

Yes thanks. I have sorted this problem now by upgrading to ZA pro this is much easier/flexible and almost was automatic to configure my ICS.

Thanks all.
