S3ProSavage DDr TV Problem

My friend wants to connect her laptop with this graphic card to her tv. She sais she has installed all the necessary drivers but she still can't choose the TV from the display section. She is running windows XP.
Does she need some special program?

First of all she should have the latest

Second, to change to TV out go to Display Properties, Settings tab, Advanced, S3 Display tab, check the hardware box, apply and yes.
