PLZ HELP LAPTOP PROBLEM

CAN Anyone tell me what is the problem with my laptop... well so far i think its the celeron chip becuase when the computer turns on it doesn't show a display or turns on anything it just shows the power screen on... and then after a few seconds it just turns off... plz help... if u can refer me to a good computer repair shop in Broward county or mami county, fl

Does sound like a hardware problem.
