Unless she deleted it, its probably still there. My guess is she turned on a filter and can't "see" what is there. Can you post a screen shot of what she sees?

Figured it out.....Can't believe it was something so simple. Clicked on "folder list" under the view tab and there was everything she thought was lost. THanks for you input PCguy.
