How can I get rid of "EasyTunes" ?

hello, apologies if this is the wrong part of the forum to post this ...

this morning i noticed a program appeared to be running called "EasyTunes5" ... no idea where it came from, but it seems to be impossible to get rid of it or close it..

I clicked on it's task bar button to see what it is, but it doesnt open/restore..

if I right-click on it's task bar button I don't get the usual option to close/restore etc... it just wont go away! - (and it doesn't show up if I press ctrl+alt+del either)

I noticed it shortly after starting up Windows Media Player - but as far as I can tell, I dont have any plugins going on in WMP..

It's probaby harmless, but since I have no idea where it came from - and that it doesnt seem to be doing anything anyway - I'd like to get rid of it!
