You have a number of Trojans and search toolbars running on your system.
First of all download and run from Symantec.
Run this removal tool to get ride of the Istbar toolbar it will take at least 5 minutes to complete.

Now download and run from Symantec.
Run this removal tool to get ride of the 180SearchAssistant toolbar it will take at least 5 minutes to complete.

Next update your Norton antivirus and do a full system scan.

Once you have finished scanning your system:
Empty all your TEMP Folders, Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your Recycle Bin, reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.

Please copy this to Notepad and print it. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.
You should not have any open windows when you are following the procedures below.

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following:
(They may or may not be there)
msresearch.exe
SAcc.exe
sp2update00.exe
command.exe
fofkm.exe

Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [msresearch] C:\windows\msresearch.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SurfAccuracy] C:\Program Files\SurfAccuracy\SAcc.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sp2update] C:\windows\sp2update00.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [fofk] C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\fofk\fofkm.exe
O18 - Protocol: msnim - {828030A1-22C1-4009-854F-8E305202313F} - "C:\PROGRA~1\MSNMES~2\msgrapp.dll" (file missing)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: Run - C:\WINDOWS\system32\hr6s05j7e.dll
O23 - Service: Command Service (cmdService) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\QWRtaW5pc3RyYXRvcgAA\command.exe

Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->(Settings)->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs) if they exist:
SurfAccuracy

Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.
Delete the following Files/Folders if they exist:

C:\windows\msresearch.exe
C:\windows\sp2update00.exe
C:\Program Files\Common Files\fofk\fofkm.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\hr6s05j7e.dll
C:\WINDOWS\QWRtaW5pc3RyYXRvcgAA\command.exe
C:\Program Files\SurfAccuracy\SAcc.exe

If you cannot delete any of the above files then start HijackThis and click the Open the misc tools section now click Delete a file on reboot
Select the appropriate above file to be deleted on reboot:

Click open but click no to reboot now do the same for each of the files you could not delete from above:

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders, Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your Recycle Bin, reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.

Please copy this to Notepad and print it. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.
You should not have any open windows when you are following the procedures below.

Boot into safe mode:
Restart Windows, after you see the BIOS screen and before Windows starts to load.
Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears.
Use the Arrow key to ensure that the Safe Mode option is selected.
Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.

Once it has booted into safe mode click start > run type the bellow into the text box and click OK:
regsvr32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\l66olgj316o.dll /u

Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: BITS - C:\WINDOWS\system32\l66olgj316o.dll
O23 - Service: Command Service (cmdService) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\QWRtaW5pc3RyYXRvcgAA\command.exe (file missing)

Now open the misc tools section in HijackThis, click Delete a file on reboot
Select the following file to be deleted on reboot:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\l66olgj316o.dll

Click open then click yes to reboot now

After the reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.

It’s getting worse, let’s try this:
Download, install, update and run a full system scan with
When it’s finished scanning just click yes to the recommended actions.
When that is done it should ask you to reboot to remove the listed files, click yes.
After the reboot post a new HiJackThis log.

Do not restart your system until you have finished all steps in this post
If you have rebooted since your last log you will have to post a new log and do not reboot
until I reply with the right file names.

Please copy this to Notepad and print it. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.
You should not have any open windows when you are following the procedures below.

Please download
Extract it to your desktop but do not run it yet.

Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: Dynamic Directory - C:\WINDOWS\system32\lvj4091qe.dll
O23 - Service: Command Service (cmdService) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\QWRtaW5pc3RyYXRvcgAA\command.exe (file missing)

Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.

Now run KillBox and paste the below into the text box:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\lvj4091qe.dll
Now put a check next to 'Unregister dll before deleting' and next to ‘Standard file kill ‘
and next to ‘End explorer while killing file’ click on the red X, click yes to delete file

If you can not delete it then:
run KillBox and paste the below into the text box:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\lvj4091qe.dll
Now put a check next to 'Unregister dll before deleting' and next to ‘Replace file on reboot” and “Use dummy file”
click on the red X, click yes to delete file and click yes to reboot now

O20 - Winlogon Notify: Dynamic Directory - C:\WINDOWS\system32\lvr4099qe.dll
O23 - Service: Command Service (cmdService) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\QWRtaW5pc3RyYXRvcgAA\command.exe (file missing)

Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.

Now run KillBox and paste the below into the text box:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\lvr4099qe.dll
Now put a check next to 'Unregister dll before deleting' and next to ‘Standard file kill ‘
and next to ‘End explorer while killing file’ click on the red X, click yes to delete file

If you can not delete it then:
run KillBox and paste the below into the text box:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\lvr4099qe.dll
Now put a check next to 'Unregister dll before deleting' and next to ‘Replace file on reboot” and “Use dummy file”
click on the red X, click yes to delete file and click yes to reboot now

You can see the name change each time you reboot.

O20 - Winlogon Notify: RunOnceEx - C:\WINDOWS\system32\n06q0aj5edo.dll
O23 - Service: Command Service (cmdService) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\QWRtaW5pc3RyYXRvcgAA\command.exe (file missing)

Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.

Now run KillBox and paste the below into the text box:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\n06q0aj5edo.dll
Now put a check next to 'Unregister dll before deleting' and next to ‘Standard file kill ‘
and next to ‘End explorer while killing file’ click on the red X, click yes to delete file

If you can not delete it then:
run KillBox and paste the below into the text box:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\n06q0aj5edo.dll
Now put a check next to 'Unregister dll before deleting' and next to ‘Replace file on reboot” and “Use dummy file”
click on the red X, click yes to delete file and click yes to reboot now

i followed all your instructions. I deleted the file with killbox using the 2nd method("Use Dummy File") because the first method didnt work. But it seems to have come back. Heres the lastest log. Thanks.
