networking, outlook at backups

Postby mikeUK » Mon Dec 22, 2003 8:53 pm

Hi everyone

Iv set up a network with 4 computers but im having some issues with the way its all working!
wot I'm after is linking all 4 computers emails & outlook address books so that if one is updated, it updates the others. also the same with emails if that is possible.

Also Is there a way of sorting out a system where backups are made on frequent basis instead of when I remember to do it- which is fairly infrequently! In the way of a reminder or automatic backup that only backs up certain files onto a zip or jaz, whats the best form of backup like that?

Thank you in advance, Your all the GREATEST!!

What is your email server, if Exchange are your clients using Exchange or pop3?

What type of backup software are you using?

I would answer both, but it varies depending on Servers/Software etc.,
