Ok. Me again.... average computer noob..

anyway I recently purchase a web cam and just got it today....all it came with was the drivers so I was wondering if anyone knew of any good software to use with video and picture capturing. I attempted to look on the interent my self but couldnt find any decent programs.

should capture just fine. Its free which makes it even better. If your looking for buy something, look around for Vegas Video.

also, i cant tell what brand that camera is. Check over the manual, it should have a name on it somewhere.

Hey I found the company its kinamax heres the site: .

It never came with a manual, it was just the camera and a mini-cd with the drivers.

I can't seem to get windows movie maker because you have to validate windows in order to get the automatic update to work, but I believe I do have a valid copy of windows so I will try that product code.

Click Start, All Programs and make sure you dont already have a version of movie maker installed.

I deffinatly do not have movie maker on my compute, and I can not download it because I do not have a valid copy ow windows :-(
