New graphics card

Hi, got about £150 to spend on a new card, not sure what to get though. At the moment i have:

GIGABYTE GA-K8NF-9 NFORCE4 SOCKET 939 MOTHERBOARD
AMD ATHLON 64 3000+ WINCHESTER SOCKET 939
ASUS GEFORCE EN6600TD 256MB PCI EXPRESS
CORSAIR XMS3200C2 PRO 512MB

someone recommended a HIS Excalibur ATI Radeon X1800 GTO ICEQ3 SILENT TURBO 256MB GDDR3 AVIVO TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express)

but there is nowhere that has any in stock. So is there anything else i should be looking at within the £150 range?

I haven't really got any pointers on what card to buy, but I"d like to point out that if you bought a 150 Pd card today, it will be selling for about 50 in 9 months. The rate at which this stuff is dropping in price is quite noticable.
