Processor
700 megahertz Intel Celeron
32 kilobyte primary memory cache
128 kilobyte secondary memory cache
Main Circuit Board
Board: GVC DR742E A02
Bus Clock: 66 megahertz
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. DR742E BIOS Ver: 1.00.19 06/09/00
Unfortunately, being an Intel processor, the setting in the Bios is locked and I can't even view what it is set at, but I am assuming it is set at 10 since my processor is running at 700 Mhz.
Since I don't know how to unlock it, it's probably best that I leave it as is.
Everest is a pretty well known (but discontinued) program. It can still be found on various websites by doing a google search for "download Everest home edition". There is a tab called "overclock" that shows your CPU temperatures and other information. Here is what is listed there:

According to that, my front side bus is 66.77 mhz and my multiplier is 10.5, which makes sense. I just wish I knew how to change it : /
