If it is clean, good. My next worry is that I don't know HOW I was infected. My guildies have told me to uninstall wow completely and re-install it. I have not downloaded anything unusal since I began using this computer (it's only 4 days old!) The only thing I could think is if it came from a website somewhere.

What is good software that can detect this immediately upon it's installation? I know everything changes and evolves but I'm looking for some sort of always running software that I can update that detects this stuff on the fly if there is one.

Thanks.

Your log is clean :)

First of all I would recommend that you use as your browser.

As for real time protection against spyware Microsoft has a free program called
that has real time protection.

If you are looking to purchase something I would recommend
The full version has a good real time Guard program to protect you it even has a 60 day money back, no questions asked - guaranteed!

the normal wow executeable wow.exe I believe it's called. People in my guild told me to re-install wow but since I don't think that's how I was infected I don't really see a need. I'm now running some ambient software to catch new processes as they are started, so I guess if running wow.exe re-triggered the key logger's installation I would know anyways.
