Entertainment setup issues.

I work in a bar with a media centre pc connected to an LCD tv and two projectors. They are already setup so that you can work on the pc using any of the screens.
However if I try to play anything through Windows Media Player such as avi, mpeg, wma video clips the sound works but there is no picture (the picture remains on the actual monitor though).
Any idea how I go about getting the image onto the screens?

How are the tv and projectors connected to the pc?

What make and model video card is in the pc?

What is displayed on the LCD tv screen when windows desktop is on the monitor?
