when i did system restore it didnt work..i even tryd 3 diff restore points

neither worked..

can u help me fix this problem...

flight-23,

Please see your and the latest instruction on cleaning your system.

I do believe that one of the Trojans/malware is stopping your system restore from working.
Besides if you were able to use the restore most likely your system would still be infected.
