Error message at startup.

Postby November Rain » Thu Apr 05, 2007 4:57 pm

I keep getting the error message as shown above whenever I log onto Windows, it's nothing really but it's quite annoying having it pop up every time I turn on my laptop, can anyone please make any sense out of it and give me any suggestions as to how I could fix it?

Thanks.

try this:

1)goto Start, run, type msconfig
2) click the Startup tab
3) look along the left side for a rundll32.exe or a user32.dll or something and then just UNCHECK the box next to it.
4) you can also uncheck other stuff while u are there if u dont like all those programs (that appear in the bottom right corner of your screen and also use up your RAM and slow ure computer down during Startup)
Example: I uncheck Quicktime, adobe products, my printer crap...b/c it bogs down my system.

Just a few helpful hints. Let me know if that msg shows up again...if it does could you please post a HJT log here. Thanks.
