liljim,

There has to be a good story behind how that forklift ended up in a ditch.

If my memory serves me right, this is not the first time some vehicle has ended up in a ditch.

Is this something that happens often in Louisiana or just where you work?

considering the possibilities, the damage done was minimal. The exhaust was broken along with a few lights and a bent fender. The reservoir for the radiator coolant was also broken. Its all things we can fix that arent very expensive.

yep, those are sweet potatoes. As you can imagine, the sweet potatoes are suppose to be on the inside the building. The fork driver (different one from the ditch incident) didnt properly stack the bins and allowed them to lean toward the wall. Those bins weigh 1600 lbs each when full, the stack fell and 3200 lbs of potatoes went clean through the wall.

oh happy day......

I just noticed the bus in the second picture of the ditch and forklift.

Is that the famous short bus liljim, that would explain a lot.
