Has to be same card i am sure besides an ati radeon x1950xt would be a massive upgrade in terms of speed and graphical power as there is not masses of games that support sli/ crossfire i would go for the best card you can afford try looking up prices for the 1950 its around £140 quid this side of the pond good luck
