Vista 32bit Vs. 64bit

I mostly use my computer for gaming and graphic design.

Athlon 5800 Dual 64-bit

3gigs of Ram

geforce 8600 GT



Which OS would be best? I've heard negative things about 64.

the problem with a 64 bit OS is that you have to have 64 bit software. You wont find any 64 bit games and would be lucky to find 64 bit graphic software.
