Dont format it and dont delete anything from it once you do get in it. How does the drive connect to the PC? Is it a USB setup, LAN or something else?

It's one of these mobile racks. Where you can pull the hard drive in and out.

So its basically a SATA drive.

Sata is normally plug and play, once you put the drive back in, windows should recognize it and allow access through My Computer.

Also, your image isnt working.
