Look in the Troubleshooting chapter of the .
If that doesn't help please give us your specs. The links you provided don't work. I guess because you had to log-in to that site.

That certainly seems a little low - the 2800 isn't the true speed, but it should certainly be higher than 1.2GHz. I think you need to take a look in the BIOS and make sure that the mutlipliers etc are set correctly.
