graphics card question

ok i am running windows vista business32bit, with intel core2 duo, 2 gb ram,

my graphics card is ATI Radeon hd 2400...

my gf recently bought a new gaming computer(her old one the motherboard went bad) she had x2=PNY XLR8 8800 GTX Graphics adapter - 768 MB - GDDR3 SDRAM

is it possible to switch the cards out without having to upgrade anything? would I just be able to plug it in and go? any input would be helpful

you will need software/driver, swap the card then install the software and all should be fine.
