Need help with pc upgrade for gaming enhancment?

I am just wondering if these components are compatible and i hope it is from what i been researching and will it be allright if i use the same hard disc drive?

My HDD has windows 7 home premium 64-bit OEM which i do not want too lose.

Also if there is any tips or pointers or anything i need too know with what i am trying to achieve?

I do know that i need to contact microsoft too reactivate my windows..

everything looks like it will match up fine. The hard disk is circumstantial, if it boots you will indeed have to reactivate. If not it will need a repair install to get it to boot then activate. All in all, will make a nice gaming rig.
