Fujitsu Amilo 2727 fan stopped running

I have a problem. My sisters' Amilo 2727 has an issue with its fan. It has stopped running. I have tried compressed air to no avail.However, I am stumped as to how to remove the fan. I have bought another, but cannot get to the fan to take it out. I have emailed Fujitsu asking for a disassembally manual, and they have "very helpfully" told me that "the laptop is out of warranty, and manuals are not released into the public sector, and therefore we cannot help you.." How very kind of them..
Does anyone have any idea how I can get this out? Any help will be massively appreciated..

ill see if i can dig something up on the disassemble Andy. I havent had one cross my bench personally.

That would be marvellous..Thank you..I have failed..

To even get to the fan at all from underneath I've had to remove the heatsink to both the graphics chip and the CPU, so I shall have to invest in more thermal goo..and I still cannot remove the fan..I just cannot work it out.I am starting to wonder if the casing is actually built around it and it is not servicable at all
