Help! My Computer is getting worse by the day.

Quick rundown of problems I'm having:

Rebooting my computer is not even an option anymore. Doing so causes it to freeze for hours. My speakers work only for windows media player. When I play youtube videos or other music via the internet I get no sound from them. Google Chrome redirects me to different sites when I click on links and some times says "oops can't connect to certain sites" and It also has been freezing alot lately. Also when I click on links I get a popup but it never completely loads up. I've ran virus scanner after virus scanner and it still has had no affect. I've used Malwarebytes, Avira, and several others but it still is the same. Someone, anybody Please Help!

Download Combofix and place it on your Desktop.






* Ensure you have disabled all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
Combofix may be slow to start and appear to be doing nothing before it starts scanning.
Just leave it,it will start.
