I only know how to do this in windows but here it goes.

First download rawrite2.exe from
Then, from the LindowsCD, copy boot1440.img from the boot folder into the same folder as rawrite2.exe.
Then, run rawrite2.exe, specify boot1440 as the image, then use A: as the floppy drive.

The only other thing I could find was this:

Thx gecko but boot1440 is 1.4 mb and a floppy contains only 1.38 .... :(
