Upgrading old PC Help

Hello All.

I've recently decided that I want to upgrade my old desktop PC which was purchased 3-4 years ago to play games, so I'm assuming practically everything is out of date. I've chosen a processor, GPU, motherboard, and RAM.
Wondering if this is a suitable set up.

As long as your old psu is in the 500ish watt range it should be ok. The new series vid cards tend to be a little power hungry where everything else is pretty efficient.
