I give up. Need help!

It all started last night when I turned my pc off. It refused to shut down completely. Windows did shut down but the power kept recycling on and off. I tried rebooting the pc and it loaded flawlessly. Tried to shut down same problem. After I turned off the power supply it booted correctly again but same thing at shut down.

Today, I can't make it boot to windows. The power kicks in but keeps recycling the pc on and off. I unplugged all peripherals and it does the same thing.

I'm thinking it's the Power supply or the case. I tried unplugging the reset switch but it doesnt change a thing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Definately sounds like the Power Supply. I'd get a new one. It's a low cost fix anyway.
