Do you get the same error on all kinds of sites or mainly just one?
It sounds more like it's the site's problem.
Have you unchecked the box beside "Display a notification about every script error" in IE / Tools / Internet Options / Advanced Tab?

It says"Page not found".
Are you sure the link is right?
It sounds like a site problem.

Ok..good link and I see the screenshot of the error/site.
Whent the site and got no errors. But then I have "Display a notification about every script error" in IE / Tools / Internet Options / Advanced Tab turned off.
Have you tried this solution?

java errors

Postby JohnArkley » Sat Mar 06, 2004 6:54 pm

I just got this reply from the mg site webmaster"Although the moving pictures in the main panel require MS VM /Java to see them, the contents bar is purely standard picture files for the button faces so likely to be browser / ISP related I think."
But why just one link ?

If there's any mouseover code for that object, and it's not done loading yet, then mousing over it while it's still loading can throw an error.

Either way, it's not your computer -- it's a code error on that site.
