dual boot with windows xp

i already have windows 98 installed. i have another blank partition. how would i install windows XP on that partition?

When you start the Windows XP install it will ask you which partition to install it on. Just point to the other partition that does not contain Windows 98. Once the install is complete when the PC boots you will be allowed to pick between the two operating systems that you want to use.
