MSGINA.DLL failed

For some reason my msgina.dll fails to load I've tried safe mode, using xp disk and still will not boot up to logon screen. It tell me first that I have a bad image ( windows\system32\shell32.dll and then it say's that interfacedll / msgina.dll failed. Now I have had XP Professional on my pc for about 1 yr and no problems. before xp was 98se and I have a pentium 3, I acn't get my 3d on direct x to work but it still ran fine at 800x600. Please I am at a loss and I don't know what else to do. :shock:
