You have to run the configure script first
From within your pctel directory run the below command
bash$ ./configure --with-hal=sis

Now try to compile the drivers

Nothing i tried worked on the 2.6 kernel but i did get it to work on 2.4.25 (im in linux now using Konqueror).I cant belive the difference in page speeds,i thought i had broadband for a minuite!Guess i'll stick to this kernel until i get a better modem.What browser would you recomend i run?
