So many chipsets, so little time...

I am wondering about the differences between the diferent chipsets. nVIDA, SiS, VIA, why would I pick one over the other? Does it even matter as long as I get everything I want/need integrated on the motherboard?

I dont think theres a real big difference,i never used nvidia but im a bit partial to SiS over VIA.I had 2 different boards with VIA chipset that had a few issues but never had any probs with SiS.I've built a few systems for others with via and havent heard about any problems though. When you get right down to it,just make sure the board has the capabilities your looking for...everyone will have there own opinion of chipsets.
