files not opening and addware probs

hey guys/gals...curious if i could get some help on my hijackthis log...ive got too much crap on here from being on a school server, also my adobe and trillian freeze everytime opened...any ideas on what might be happening with that? for adobe i had professional and uninstalled and reinstalled and even tried the free version online and even thats freezing. Ive also run ad-aware and i get like 10 new thing every hour and i have run virus check multiple times.

oh yeah i forgot to mention sysai is on my computer but it wont delete it cause it says that apropusplugin.dll is running ...blah blah blah...i ran isp fix and its not showing up on the remove list.

First turn off System Restore.
