msconfig in win2000 pro

Hello All,
I have a question about 'msconfig'
Does win 2000 pro have this facility as I can not find it on my cousins pc.
I need to stop some programs from running at startup, I usually do this via msconfig on xp and 98.
If this is not available in this package is there another way?

Go to this link and download the one for Windows 2000. It is the one I have on my Windows 2000 PC and it works fine.
