the dreaded INCREDIMAIL lol

Hmmmmm.....I have used Incredimail for ages and with only the odd problem that's usually been fixed by updating.... however it now wont start at all...if i clik on the desktop icon it makes noises like its gonna load up normally then the envelope flits on and off the systray at lightenin speed and it jus dies !!!
i get no error messages...nothing...it just doesn't work all of a sudden

i have uninstalled and reinstalled several times...and have tried uninstalling/reinstalling and tidying up and deleting files that have been left and obvious reg keys b4 reinstallation... but it dus the same ...nothing works!

I know loadsa peeps frown on incredimail but i love it....really missing it

Are you using a POP-UP STOPPER program?
That will prevent Incredimail from opening...

Also make sure you update Shockwave AND flash player

i have rectified the problem....i had probs with IE 6 too....posted sumwhere on these forums !!! and when i got to the bottom of that problem it also solved my incredimail problem !!!

i had gsda.Dll missing.... not sure why?! probs a shonky download gone wrong i think

anyhow when i put gsda.Dll back.... everything worked fine.... IE and Incredimail

took me one and a half weeks to suss it out...hahahahahaha.... but the victory was all mine !!
