Pretty new to the pc world. I need some help/advice on security issues. It has to deal with Outlook Express. Are you able to scrammable & delete your internet activities such as temp files/cookies/instant messaging?

Outlook Express will save a copy of sent messages...you can disable it by opening Outlook then go to Tools>Options>Send.Uncheck "Save copy of sent messages in the sent items folder".

You can open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options and delete cookies, temp files and clear your history. You can also get here by right clicking on the Internet Explorer icon and select properties.

Instant messaging (depending on the messenger used msn,yahoo,etc..) normally only saves chats/messages when asked too.All messengers have some type of option for logging, archiving ect.Browse through your messenger options and see if its enabled or not.
