Video Controller - Need Help!

I just re-installed windows xp home, and now in my device manager in other devices there is a question mark next to the words ''video controller (VGA Compatible)'' and just ''video controller'' i also find that i cant play games e.g. Microsoft Halo and when i am scrolling up and down on a webpage it lags and sort of flickers up and down [if you know what i mean] so could someone please please help me as this problem is really annoying, thank you. P.S if this helps my graphics card is an ATI Radeon 9200SE, please help thanx.

Did you install your video drivers? Motherboard drivers?

You can get the newest video drivers from ,and as Geekgirl is suggesting,you should get the newest drivers avaliable for your motherboard.
