I'm getting a URL could not be found message.. weird I can ping www.watercar.com, comes back as 216.170.227.173, but there is nothing at that IP address except "There is no website configured at this address"

I wonder if the website is down, or if they recently moved web servers, and the DNS entry hasn't been synchronized.

I still can't get to the website. Must be my ISP's DNS server didn't catch up yet. Could someone who can get the the site go to a DOS prompt, then type PING WWW.WATERCAR.COM, then let me know the series of numbers it returns. it will be something like XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX with numbers between 0 and 255 instead of XXX
