Fax

Postby noby » Wed May 05, 2004 1:30 pm

Hello,

I have a pc with XP and outlook installed normally. I use the in XP integrated fax utility, which normally uses the adress book from outlook.
I copied the pst file from his old computer onto this new one, but in outlook i have a normal address book, while in the fax utility cannot see the address book. Is there a way or sub program to access it?

thanks

Did you put the .pst file in: C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook?

Does the Fax program see the Windows Address Book or nothing at all?

Read the following article. There's a chance that it's a "Log-on" issue. .
