ICQ is getting annoying

I tried to uninstall ICQ 4.0 the new one and when I go to C:\ProgramFiles and try to delete the ICQ folder I get this error message.Of course this was after I uninstalled from Add\Remove Programs. How do I get rid of this crap?!!!!!!

Try doing a search in the registry and deleting from there

Delete it in "Safe Mode".

Thanks for the help both. I went the safe mode way, took all of about 45 seconds to do.
