Ah! Help! - Signature Validation Options?!?????

Hi, basically everytime i double-click an icon on the destop or attempt to run any program a window pops up with this:

All i can do it click Ok or Cancel and it doesnt do anything, even after restarting the PC. :?:

What O.S. are you using?
Have you tried to uncheck the box?
